Burtch Construction, Inc. is a privately held
corporation based in Bakersfield, California. Dennis Burtch, a
second-generation owner, incorporated the business in 1979, with the
business having been established by his father in 1968.
The company is engaged primarily in the business of
fine grading, paving, and oil spreading, however, we also do some
concrete, rough grading, and underground work. Burtch Construction does
business not only in the local area, but covers a radius of
approximately 150 miles from Bakersfield as well. The majority of our
work is grading and paving new sub-divisions, street maintenance for
Kern County, and some of the smaller cities like Shafter, Wasco, and all
sorts of commercial buildings and shopping centers, such as Kmart, Home
base, etc.
